Returns & Exchanges

At Levelwear, we are dedicated to providing premium sports apparel that meets your performance standards, and we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn gear. Please note that personalized items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
